During the HAM OF THE YEARS presentation by Mike Callam “KD4MC”. He announced that Scott Wilkinson “KJ4TUC” was voted HAM OF THE YEARS by the JARS Clubs. Scott is well deserving of this award for all he did during his Presidency last year, and for all the help and guidance he has given me during my term. He is a valuable asset to JARS and HAM Radio! Congratulations Scott Wilkinson KJ4TUC!!!
